About the Project
Nestled in the breathtaking North Georgia mountains, The Perch will feature three luxury treehouses, each named for a type of turkey: The Tom, The Jake, & The Jenny, paying homage to the Native American roots of the Pinhoti, which means “Turkey.” Fox & Friends, as well as other major media outlets, will be covering the build as our expert craftsman, Chip Wade, showcases the latest innovations in design, building, home appliances & luxury living.

Tucked just off the Pinhoti Peak ridgeline in the Blue Ridge Mountains, The Perch is an elevated retreat by Chip Wade and Wade Works Creative. A collection of three thoughtfully conceived “treehouses,” the project invites guests into immersive spaces connected by skybridges and seamlessly shaped by their wooded surroundings
